I’m Dallas, the face (and name) behind Details by Dallas! Founder, owner, award-winning event producer, content creator and digital marketing whiz behind this one-woman show.

I’ve been in the event industry for over six years, during those six years I’ve had the honour to learn from some of the best in the Canadian Catering Industry, Award Winning Event Producers in the DMC Industry and World Class Wedding Planners. So, you could say I know a thing or two about what it takes to producing incredible weddings and events and I understand how important the details are. Check out more about me here!
When I’m not behind my computer creating digital marketing strategies for wedding planners or working on marketing content copywriting you can find me working alongside one of the top wedding planners in the world. Working as a Vancouver wedding planner I know a thing or two about what wedding season is like. The thousands of emails, site visits, timelines and even 12+ hour days on-site. No wonder it’s ranked one of the top 10 most stressful jobs, but hey we love what we do!
I love to release my creativity by making custom sugar cookies, crafting & playing around with my camera. When my digital marketer and wedding planner hats are off, I am most likely in the great outdoors exploring my beautiful province of British Columbia. I was born and raised as a westcoast girl, my favourite places to be are by the ocean or on top of a mountain. If I’m not outside exploring I’m probably out for a run, home cuddling with my husband or baking custom-made cookies for friends.

As a girl who grew up with both a dad & brother who are entrepreneurs I knew it was only a matter of time before DxD was born. Like many wedding & event planners, I have a type-A personality (I’m an enneagram 8W7 & a Myers Briggs ISTJ) and I like to think of myself as creative and insanely organized. So it seemed only fitting to combine these character traits with my two passions of events and digital marketing.
Now n’ days, I take my knowledge and experience in corporate events and wedding planning and apply it to my clients’ businesses creating digital marketing strategies for wedding and event planners. I love helping my clients have more time for their families and take the evenings off by taking that pesky Pinterest management, blogging and social media type tasks off your to-do list.
